  •  coarse salt
  •  Extra virgin olive oil
  •  FINI 4-leaf aged Balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI
  •  Grilled vegetables

Preparation

Cook the meat on a grill or soapstone griddle. Once it is cooked to taste, cut it obliquely and season with coarse salt and FINI 4-leaf aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Arrange the serving dish with the grilled vegetables.
